We decided to make it our mission
to show that it’s possible – even
necessary – to achieve maximum
health and happiness whilst being
mindful of the planet.
Having both faced a period of negative health experiences after being exposed to too many unnatural foods and environments, it became clear to us that something wasn’t right with the current approach to health. Nutrition and supplements all seemed overly-processed, artificial, and confusing. Most were full of chemical sweeteners and unnecessary fillers. Health was all about diet pills and detox teas. We wondered why no attention was being given to Earth’s natural resources, or our bodies’ amazing natural abilities.
Heyday was created so we could help everyone feel great in their own bodies; so we could make real and responsible nutrition cool again; and, most importantly, so we could create the perfect balance for our health, environment, and happiness.
